Better Digital Commerce from Catalogue to Customer

Brixhaul combines technology, data, content operations and immersive products to help retailers improve digital commerce at scale.

Retail in the GCC has compressed a decade of channel change into a few years. The same customer moves between a physical store, a marketplace listing, a social channel and a direct site, and expects the price, the stock position and the product information to agree across all of them. Frequently they do not.

Most of the friction we are asked to fix is not on the storefront. It is upstream, in how product data is created, enriched, approved and syndicated, and in the operational tail of returns, exceptions and customer queries that grows in direct proportion to volume.

Alongside that, visual merchandising has moved. Static photography is no longer enough for considered purchases, which is where our 3D, configuration and immersive work tends to come in: not as a novelty, but because a customer who can turn a product around asks fewer questions and returns it less often.

Current Priorities

Marketplace and Catalogue Operations

Manage listings, attributes, enrichment, orders, returns and marketplace reporting.

Product Content and Digital Assets

Produce, organise and maintain product imagery, video, descriptions and structured digital assets.

Applications, Integration and Data

Connect commerce platforms, operational systems, partners and reporting environments.

AI-enabled Customer and Operational Workflows

Apply AI to service, knowledge, content, documents and repetitive back-office activities.

3D and Immersive Commerce

Help customers explore, configure and visualise products through interactive experiences.

What We Usually Find

Patterns that come up often enough in this sector to be worth saying out loud before a project starts.

Product data is the quiet constraint
Campaigns, channels and site redesigns all run into the same wall eventually: incomplete, inconsistent or slow-moving product information. Fixing the pipeline is less exciting than a redesign and usually worth more.
Returns are a data problem before they are a logistics problem
The reasons are recorded inconsistently, so the pattern never surfaces clearly enough to act on. Structuring that capture often pays for itself faster than any downstream change.
Peak exposes whatever was already fragile
Nothing new breaks during a peak trading period. What breaks is the thing that was already marginal in March. We test against that assumption rather than against average load.
Immersive content only pays back on considered purchases
For a low-value repeat purchase it is decoration. For furniture, jewellery, configurable or high-consideration goods, it measurably changes conversion and return rates. We will tell you which category you are in.
